Spieler website terms.
These terms describe the current website operated by Spieler, LLC, an independent curling rating project founded and operated by an avid curler.

Spieler currently provides profile search, sign-in, profile claims, profile creation, game entry, opponent confirmation, and persistent ratings and rankings. Notifications and self-service changes to games that have already affected a rating are not yet available.
Accurate use
Use Spieler only for profiles and curling records you have a legitimate reason to access or submit. Do not impersonate another curler, request a profile you do not control, create deliberate duplicates, or provide false results.
Shared sporting records
A curling game is shared by everyone who played it. Claims, account changes, and corrections must keep a clear record and cannot quietly rewrite another participant’s history. Disputed or corrected games may need review before ratings change.
Ratings and rankings
Spieler is an independent rating system. It is not an official curling classification or a promise about who will win. The rating method may change in named, reviewable versions, while the games and rating history behind it stay connected.
Availability
The service may change, pause, or contain incomplete pilot data. Spieler will label preview functionality and current scope rather than presenting unavailable features as live.

The Privacy notice explains current data sources, public visibility, and the process for profile claims, correction, and removal requests.
